From there a wooden walk-way leads visitors to the fish-pool of Constantiou lagoon, where they learn at first hand about the farming of eels, and meet the fishermen going about their tasks.

Afterwards all enjoy a meal at the fishing-cabin, composed of products of the lagoon, and home-made pies and snacks cooked by the local people.
